MARTIAL ARTS HISTORY / QUALIFICATIONS
Grant Cooke Sensei has been training since the age of four. He has studied two styles of ju jitsu as well as kickboxing, aikido, judo, tae kwon do, bujinkan ninjitsu, baji, tai chi, bagua, krav maga, muay thai and karate. Training six nights a week since the age of seven, traveling overseas as far as China to train with true masters as well as studying Martial Arts and Sports Development at Derby University means Sensei has a depth of knowledge which is aparent in every session.
Level 4 Qualified Coach, Protecting and Safeguarding Certified, First Aid Certified, Public and Professional Indemnity Insured, Sports Coach-UK Member, Go-Dan Black Belt.
PERSONAL
Sensei has dedicated his life to Martial Arts Training, Instruction and Advancement. Father of Two wonderful children. Other interests include Power Kiting, Walking, climbing and reading. Sensei has built Hombu Dojo with no financial help but plenty of help from students, family and friends
